A four-stage supply chain (customer → producer → tier 1 → tier 2) as a 3D scene with live-growing inventory columns, order/goods particles and a mini order graph per stage. A discrete weekly simulation shows how small demand fluctuations amplify upstream (Forrester/Burbidge effect) — adjustable via demand pattern, information delay, lot size, safety stock and an information-sharing switch with visible damping.
