An interactive 3D decoupling-point explorer: a value chain as a conveyor belt with five stations, on which the OPP is moved as a glowing divider via slider or strategy pills (MTS/ATO/MTO/ETO). To the left the chain works forecast-driven with visible inventories (push), to the right order-driven with customer-individually colored products (pull). Live metrics show the trade-off between lead time, inventory cost and variant diversity; industry presets classify the strategies.
